Investors participate in the midstream sector of the energy business through Taylor's ownership of natural gas liquids extraction plants in northeastern British Columbia and central Alberta and natural gas processing assets in central and southeastern Alberta. Taylor also owns two natural gas liquids pipelines in Alberta, the Ethylene Delivery System and the Joffre Feedstock Pipeline. Taylor also has an interest in a seven megawatt run-of-river hydroelectric generation plant in the Fraser River Canyon system in British Columbia.
Taylor is growing by developing opportunities in its four business areas (natural gas processing, NGL extraction, pipelines and hydroelectricity generation) and through the acquisition of additional assets that meet Taylor's investment criteria. Growth will create value for unitholders by diversifying revenues and increasing distributions.
